Ingredients
4 lb. Rump Roast
Salt and Pepper
Onion Salt
Garlic, cut in pieces
1 pkg of Onion Soup Mix
2 Tbs. Flour
2 c. Water

Directions:
1. Make small slits in roast on top and middle
2. Put pieces of garlic in small slits with salt, pepper, and onion salt
3. (Optional) Put steak sauce and soy sauce all over the roast, rub it in, cover and refrigerate overnight
4. Put in baking dish and add flour, package of onion soup mix, and water
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Delicious roast and gravy together!
